All our properties are situated in a unique location approximately 150m level walk from Perranporth’s beautiful sandy beach and all the local pubs, shops and amenities. This allows you the freedom of leaving the car in our private car park whilst you enjoy all Perranporth has to offer, sparing you the added cost and inconvenience of using public transport or taxis.

St. Piran’s one and two bedroom apartments are situated next door to Burrell House in a modern two storey development. The two bed apartments are in a block of just four, with only two apartments on the first floor and two on the ground floor. The one bedrooms are alongside in the same first class location. Free wifi is provided in all the apartments.

All our apartments have recently been modernised and refurbished to a good standard and all have an open plan fully fitted kitchen (equipped with all expected modern appliances such as full size cooker, microwave, fridge etc.), lounge, dining area and central heating throughout. Each lounge also has a large wall-mounted flatscreen plasma TV with all freeview digital channels available. All apartments have a bedsettee allowing them to accommodate up to six persons. The main difference between the various apartments is the bed arrangements as these are all different.


Electricity for the apartments is payable by key meter in each individual apartment. All bedding and bed linen is provided but please bring your own towels.

Our one bedroom apartments are furnished and equipped to the same standard as our other properties, also having an open plan kitchen, lounge, diner and a bedsettee allowing them to accommodate up to four persons if required.
