Perran House is a well furnished detached four bedroom beachfront property. It is perfect for families / groups of various ages as it has a downstairs double bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower, saving any difficulty that may be caused to some guests by using the stairs. The large lounge, kitchen & dining area are also found downstairs. All modern kitchen amenities are provided including a washing machine and tumble dryer. Leading on through the kitchen is our new conservatory & the outdoor wooden decked BBQ area.

Upstairs guests will find a second double bedroom, as well as the main bedroom, which has a kingsize bed and bunkbeds and a twin bedroom. There is also the main bathroom with our double size 8 jet jacuzzi bath, perfect for a long hot soak after a hard day on the beach, (please note you’ll need to bring your own towels though but all bedding and bed linen is provided).

At the front of the house is an enclosed front garden, an ideal place to sit, unwind and enjoy quality family time whilst also providing the perfect base from which to enjoy the sun instead of crossing the road to the beach, if you prefer fewer crowds and a bit more privacy.

This property also has the advantage of a secure lock-up garage for one car and further parking for another car alongside the house and free wifi is available throughout the property. Electricity is payable by a key meter located inside the property.
